STRUCTURE OVER THE YEARS

With over 29 Years in trade, Structure brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry.

Structure was founded by Shannon Moyle, a carpenter by trade, who has worked his way through the industry from Apprentice to Founder and CEO. Stepping into the industry in 1993.

A Director, Developer and Investor, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Structure. Shannon purchased his father’s company, Moyle Construction which at the time had 8 employees, before growing the business to 95 staff and merging with a local commercial company leading Form to four Westpac “Business of the Year” awards in 2009. He stepped down from the day-to-day work at Form in 2017, to focus solely on development projects, working hand-in-hand with local construction companies. With 15 years of construction experience, his sights are set on broadening the company’s base.

That is exactly what he did. Structure is now an award-winning development company, specialising across residential, commercial and industrial properties. Delivering long-term value to investors and homeowners, capitalising on a broad range of opportunities, all while redefining urban life.
